The exhibition is currently on display in the Café Bar at Phoenix Cinema and Art Center in Leicester. We hope to bring it to London in 2025.

Jack Tait has been creating electro-mechanical drawing machines since 1960. In this Computer Arts Society exhibition in the Café Bar at Phoenix in Leicester, we are showing artworks created throughout his long career using a wide range of machines. Images of some of his drawing machines are also included in the exhibition and there will be an opportunity to see some of them running live during an evening event on Monday 18th March, when Jack - who is celebrating his 90th birthday - will be joining us via Zoom.

This exhibition coincides with a donation of four drawing machines and artworks by Jack Tait to the Computer Arts Archive in Leicester.
